We are is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer (Elastic) to support this critical customer mission.
Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have an active Secret Clearance
- Must able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability prior to starting employment
- Must have 4+ years directly relevant experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with Elastic Stack components, especially Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana
- Hands on experience with Elastic Stack Version 5.0
- Must be able to work collaboratively across physical locations
Responsibilities:
- Designs, implements, and configures Kibana visualizations
- Designs and configures Elasticsearch instance(s)
- Designs Elasticsearch indices to efficiently store data currently optimizing both performance and the need for growth
- Collaborate and work with a diverse group of engineers in developing solutions for ingesting heterogeneous datasets in large volumes
- Deploys, configures, tests, and troubleshoots Elastic clusters and environments
- Maintains and upgrades Elastic clusters and environments
